Yes — when you book direct, mention the room name (Sapphire, Emerald, Citrine, Jade, Amber, Tourmaline or Aquamarine) and we'll honour it whenever it's available. For OTA bookings, message us after booking and we'll do our best to allocate your chosen room.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Late arrivals are welcomed — just let us know your expected time.
Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Inside 48 hours, the first night is charged.
Yes — a continental breakfast tray is included in every rate, with cooked options available on request the night before.
Yes, free secure parking is included for guests. Spaces are limited and allocated first-come, first-served — let us know if you're arriving by car.
